Scott Stapp is back in the news and, once again, it’s not for any musical accomplishments. The former Creed singer believes that the reason behind his recently released sex tape was for sabotage.Stapp in an AP Radio interview:
"Obviously someone wants to hurt me and doesn't want me to be successful in my solo career."
No, Scott. I think your crap music is the reason you’re not successful.
Apparently, the tape was stolen from Stapp and was being distributed by Red Light, the organization that sold the Paris Hilton sex tape. Red Light acknowledged that the tape came from a third party, but denies it being stolen.
Fortunately for Stapp, the tape was made in 1999 when he was between marriages. The singer had just divorced Hilaree Burns, and his new wife has accepted the tape as part of his wild rock ‘n’ roll past.
Stapp on the sex tape and his recent arrest:
"You don't want to say it's laughable, but it's just like, my God, there's so much stuff. Somebody does not like you and somebody wants you to fail."
Wow! This guy can’t take responsibility for his own actions. I think Stapp addresses this issue in his infamous tape:
“It’s good to be the king.”

on another note, i don't think he should be that worried about failing because someone wants him to fail. pretty much everyone wants him to fail, so it's expected and no one will really think much of it when it happens.
on yet another note, why would anyone want to see scott stapp having sex? it burns my eyes just thinking of it.
